Update Phone number

At Wittypen, we understand the importance of keeping your contact information up to date. Your phone number is a crucial element for effective communication, especially when it comes to important updates and notifications. In this article, we will guide you through the simple steps to update your phone number on Wittypen, ensuring that you stay connected and informed.

Log In to Your Account

To begin the process, log in to your Wittypen account using your registered email address and password. If you don't have an account yet, you will need to create one by following the registration process.

Access Account Settings

Once logged in, navigate to the upper-right corner of the screen, where you will find your profile icon. Click on the icon to reveal a dropdown menu select "Settings" from the list and go to Profile section.

Update Phone Number

In the profile section, you will see your existing phone number. To update it, click on the "Edit" icon and this will redirect you to a new page where you’re required to add your new phone number.

Enter New Phone Number

A new window or form will appear, allowing you to input your new phone number. Carefully enter your updated phone number, ensuring that it is accurate and in the correct format. Double-check for any typos or errors before proceeding.

Verification

Wittypen implements a verification process for updated contact information. This includes sending a verification code to your new phone number via SMS. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the verification proc`ess and confirm your updated phone number.
