Customers & Writers go hand in hand when it comes to work. Both parties need to understand how it works. Orders can be placed in two formats, either it can be a task or it can be a project and it depends on the duration and complexity of the work.
What is a Task?
Tasks are individual content pieces or specific requests that our customers make. To provide a clearer illustration, one such task could involve the creation of a holiday season newsletter. In essence, tasks are discrete assignments or orders tailored to meet the unique requirements of our customers.
What is a Project?
Projects serve as consolidated endeavors involving multiple tasks or content pieces, with the collaborative efforts of several writers contributing to their completion. An instance of such a project could be the generation of monthly blogs for Acme, Inc. In essence, projects are comprehensive initiatives that require coordinated teamwork to fulfill, comprehending various tasks and content contributions to meet the overall objectives. This collaborative approach ensures the successful delivery of high-quality content within the specified project scope.
