On what basis are writers selected for a particular task or project?

Once a customer places an order on our website, a Content Manager is allocated for that customer. Content managers are responsible for selecting writers and for this purpose, they follow a set of norms based on requirements. 

Writers are selected from the pool of writers interested in that task or project. While selecting a writer, content managers ensure that the writers excel in that specific genre and hold suitable experience to provide quality content as per business requirements. 

Note: Showing interest in a project or task doesn’t assure that the work will be assigned to you. The selection process is purely based on customer requirements and how suitable a particular writer is for a work.
