We allocate Content Managers to each of our customers on the platform. So our Content Managers are responsible for selecting writers and they follow a set norm based on the requirements.
Writers are selected from a pool of writers who have shown interest in that particular task or project.
A writer who excels in that particular genre of writing and matches the experience suitable for that level of content creation is selected for a particular task or project.
So no hard feelings there!
