We release payments on the 7th, 15th, or 30th day of the timeline after the content or project is approved by the customer. Payments are consolidated and released fortnightly to streamline the process.

The timelines for payment release can vary, ranging from a single task order to bulk projects with multiple content pieces. We provide an approximate payment release date at the project's commencement, allowing you to plan accordingly. You can track the status of your project on the platform.
3. Monthly Project Closure:
Projects are typically closed every month, and customer approval may take up to 10 days if everything progresses smoothly. In the case of any payment delays, we keep you informed about the expected release date.
4. Assurance of Payment:
Rest assured, you will be paid for every task that receives customer approval and for which we receive payment. We facilitate payments through net banking, directly transferring the funds to your bank account. You will be notified via email with a payment voucher containing details of the tasks and corresponding pay.
