Overview
Zapier offers a powerful solution for those looking to build custom automations with Wittypen but might not have the time or resources to develop a direct integration. With the power of Zapier, you can now connect Wittypen to a myriad of other apps, creating seamless workflows that enhance your content creation and distribution process.
Getting Started
Log in to your Wittypen account and head over to the account settings.
Within your settings, navigate to the dedicated Zapier section.
Click on the "Generate Access Key for Zapier" button.
Once generated, you'll see an access key displayed. Make sure to copy this key.
Go to Zapier and, when prompted, paste the copied access key.
Your Wittypen account is now successfully connected to Zapier.
Basics
Building Your Workflow
Combine Wittypen's "Content accepted" trigger with other app triggers or with Zapier's default triggers to craft your desired workflow. For instance, once content is accepted on Wittypen, you can set up a workflow to automatically post it to your company's blog, send it to your email list, or even share it on your social media platforms.
Supported Workflows
Currently, with version 1.0.0, we support the following workflow:
Trigger an action in another app when content is accepted on Wittypen.
Example Workflows
Automated Publishing: Once any content is accepted on Wittypen, automatically publish it to your CMS (Webflow, Wix, Framer, etc.) or Medium blog.
Notification: Receive an email or Slack notification whenever new content is accepted.
Social Media Sharing: Automatically share accepted content on platforms like Twitter, LinkedIn, or Facebook.
Backup: Store a copy of every accepted content piece in cloud storage solutions like Google Drive or Dropbox.
