What to do if I am not available to write for a task?

In case of an emergency, you can always say "No" to a task after it is assigned to you (Don't make it a habit though).

But as the deadline for a task is usually 24 to 48 hours, you must immediately inform the team through a call, E-mail, or on our Website. Our team will then allocate the task to someone else.

This will ensure that the task is delivered on time to the end customer!

Use Availability settings.

We advise you to set your profile to inactive mode in case you are on vacation or sick and don't want to be assigned any work. Our team will check your availability status before assigning you any work.
