What is your response time for an application?

At Wittypen, once you sign up and start your application process the duration of your application will depend on each stage. 

The application mainly comprises two parts:

1. Assessment 
2. Sample Articles 

Assessment

Writers’ assessment is a crucial part of the application process, and each writer needs to pass the assessment before they can move on to the next stage of assessment. A strong command of the language ensures clarity in expression, helping readers easily understand the intended message.

Assessment is designed to test your command of the language and your understanding of the basic syntax and semantics of content writing. The assessment also generates your behavioral score and any malpractices such as changing tabs while attempting the assessment or leaving the assessment screen will affect your final scores. 

Each writer gets two opportunities to complete the assessment. However, if you’re unable to pass the assessment, the application is rejected at this very stage. 

Sample Articles

Upon successful completion of the assessment, each writer is expected to submit fresh sample articles of their preferred domain. 

Once you’ve shared your sample articles, the same are then reviewed by our editors who will then add the domains of your preference to your account along with an initial rating which is crucial while you start your journey with Wittypen. 

Writers can check our writers' selection document to have a better understanding of what’s expected while submitting their sample articles. 

Irrespective of whether your application is approved or rejected, our editors will share the feedback. 

Writers can go through the feedback and share the sample articles again for re-evaluation. Each writer can share sample articles a maximum of up to 3 times during the application process. 

Once you submit your sample articles the editors will review your samples. Since we follow a first come first serve model, the review process may take 2-3 weeks. Please bare with us while we review your application. It might take time depending on our availability and current scenarios. But we give time to each application that comes in, so don't worry, you will hear back from us.
